Our school is the basic and the largest one in our district.
It is a modern three-storeyed building.
All the classrooms have modern equipment,
computers and interactive boards
to make the process of education more effective.
On the ground floor you can see our school canteen.
Here our pupils and teachers can have a bite during the breaks after the third and the fourth lessons.
In front of the canteen you can see an Assembly Hall where different parties and meetings are held. The pupils decorate it for special occasions to make it look more attractive.
Head master's office is situated on the ground floor too. Our Headmaster Svetlana Alexandrovna Antonova is always busy. She works a lot because she has to solve different difficult school problems.
This is our classroom of English. English is one of our favourite subjects. During our lessons we learn different words, topics, difficult grammar rules, act out dialogues and play games. We like to present our projects and discuss important problems here.
We have two large gyms. The pupils of our school have PE lessons here. The teachers teach them to jump, run and go in for sports. All kinds of competition are held here and the pupils like them very much.
On the third floor you can see our school library. You can find additional literature for your lessons here. There a lot of novels, poems and short stories by famous Russian and foreign authors here.
The second floor is for junior pupils. Their classrooms are large and light. There are three windows in each classroom. The taechers of junior pupils are kind and good hearted. They teach them to read, do sums and write.They are ready to help their pupils if it is necessary.
Our Scool Museum of Local Lore was founded in 1975. The history of the region from the earliest times to the present is represented here. A lot of activities and lectures are held here by our students.
Classroom for IT lessons is the most attractive for us. Here we learn how to work with a computer.
